At Your Network we believe that "Sales is the art of Persuasion" and it is our mission to provide our clients the most persuasive industry professionals available. We utilise a four tiered approach to finding our clients the right resource.

Advertising . Our extensive utilisation of both electronic and paper advertising allows Your Network to have a constantly increasing database of candidates who are currently "actively" searching for their next position.

Historical Database . With backgrounds spanning Retail, IT, Transport, FMCG, Building and many other, our consultants have access to an individual and combined database of candidates spanning thousands of industry bred sales professionals. These candidates are not likely to apply to Newspaper or electronic advertising.

Candidate Network . With constant communication comes constant information. Our consultants make sure they know who is doing what to who in their industries of choice and often will be approached by candidates directly for one on one representation. These candidates are not likely to apply to Newspaper or electronic advertising.

Targeted Candidate Search. To a selection of our client database we offer the Targeted Candidate Search facility. This facility targets a select market segment of currently employed sales professionals with the proposition of career change. These candidates are not likely to apply to Newspaper or electronic advertising.

At Your Network we pride ourself on our two pronged focus. Not only do we work closely with companies to provide a range of recruitment services but we also utilise a proactive approach to finding that perfect opportunity for the candidates we represent. At Your Network we realise that not all companies, roles and verticals appeal to all candidates. We therefore pride ourselves on our ability to listen, identify and deliver the right company, role, culture and responsibilities our candidates are looking for. Our roles ranging from CEO's and Sales Directors through to telemarketers and inside sales reps are identified and then specified by consultants who consider it their business to find you the perfect business.

Your Network has an extensive range of clients across a wide and varied industry cross section. From IT&T, FMCG to Transport and from Engineering, Electrical, Building related industries and many others our consultants are able to offer their experience and industry contacts to enhance your career. Our consultants are not only trained to find that "Perfect Role" but are also a resource for information on market intelligence, salary expectations, contractual obligations, industry standard employment conditions and competitive remuneration packages.

Your Network has found that there are two very distinct and very different ways in which sales and related professionals are hired. Our client base will often have "Defined Vacancies" where a particular individual is sought to fill a vacant position or a position created by promotion, market expansion or market growth. We also have a regular and large number of clients who are able to create roles for candidates to capitalise on market space opportunities. Our consultants have found that a great number of our clients do not advertise vacancies and we offer access to these otherwise unheard of roles.
