How it Works for You

After conducting a needs analysis and review, your dedicated consultant will manage the search, selection process for you. In additional to offering the desired skills set, the successful candidate will demonstrate a "feel" for the culture of your organisation and its unique characteristics. If necessary, upon examination of our database, we would complete a direct market approach and/or spearhead an effective advertising campaign.

Ultimately, you are presented with a shortlist of screened candidates exhibiting the strongest balance of your "success criteria".

A Flexible Fee Schedule

We customise our fees according to the needs of our clients. Generally, we would allocate a percentage of annual salary, however we do work on a contingency and retainer basis. Further support is given with 90-day guarantees on all candidates.

We would ensure to offer you a competitive and flexible fee structure. This guarantee is a scaled credit assigned to your account, which is attributed against future recruitment assignments.
