MACRO Recruitment was established 1991.

Since then the company has grown to specialize in the national recruitment of personnel for the IT, Executive, Engineering, Defence, Aviation, Healthcare and Scientific industries.

One the key strengths of MACRO's is our screening quality and speed of placement for hard to fill vacancies. Presently we hold a 99.6% placement success rate for our placements passing their probation and to date we have filled EVERY one of our retained search briefs for our clients.
