Kim Malone and Associates Recruitment is a Queensland based business specialising in Recruitment of Professional and Administrative personnel within the Legal Industry. More specifically we devote our efforts to Permanent Placements for Legal Professionals and Office Support, for Queensland Law firms and associated Corporations with In-House legal departments.
We pride ourselves on providing individual service and personal contact, and getting to know our Candidates and Clients. We treat our Candidates as unique individuals and our Clients as friends as well as business partners. Additionally we offer relevant career advice where required to our Candidates and general HR advice to our Clients, all part of the service we believe is essential.
All discussions will always remain strictly confidential at all times. Your CV will not be forwarded to any Client without your verbal or written consent to do so, as this may work against you, if the same Client receives your CV from more than one Consultancy. In accordance with the Privacy Act we have produced our own documented Privacy Policy and Collection Statement, with the Collection Statement being provided to you at our first meeting. Alternatively same can be forwarded by email, post or by fax as requested.
The principal and founder of Kim Malone & Associates Recruitment has in excess of twenty (20) years legal professional experience in some of Brisbane's most prestigious Law firms, having an expert knowledge and legal professionalism required to understand the personnel requirements of any law firm / legal institution. The Managing Director of KM Recruitment Pty Ltd is also an individual member of the RCSA (peak National Recruitment body) and a member of the Australian Legal Practice Management Association.
In summary we provide Permanent Placement Recruitment Services for both Professional and Administrative & Support personnel, Contract employment & HR Consultancy Services to a range of our Clients. We also provide sound Career advice and assistance to all our Candidates. We are available seven days per week both during office hours and at all other reasonable times on mobile.
