Kim Malone and Associates Recruitment is a Queensland based business specialising in Recruitment of Professional and Administrative / Support Staff within the Legal Industry. More specifically we devote our efforts to Permanent Placements for Legal Professionals and Office Support, for Queensland Law firms and associated Corporations with legal departments. We do attend to Contract employment where appropriate, in fact we encourage Contract employment as opposed to Temporary employment, as employment by Contract is always a more cost effective and viable option, for both our Candidates and Clients.
The principal and founder of Kim Malone & Associates Recruitment is Kim Malone-Schultz. With over twenty (20) years legal experience and most recently six (6) years as HR Manager for a Brisbane Law firm, Kim has both the expert knowledge and professionalism required to understand the personnel requirements of any Law firm.
Kim Malone-Schultz is an individual member of the peak National Recruitment body, the Recruitment and Consulting Services Association (RCSA), being a State Councillor of their QLD/NT Division for the last four (4) years, and now continuing into a third term. Additionally Kim is a member of the Executive Committee of the Australian Law Practice Management Association - Queensland Division (ALPMA).

In accordance with the Privacy Act we have produced our own documented Privacy Policy and Collection Statement, with the Collection Statement being provided to you at our first meeting. Alternatively same can be forwarded by email, post or by fax as requested.
In summary we provide Permanent Placement Recruitment Services for both Professional and Administrative & Support personnel, Contract employment and HR Consultancy Services to a range of Clients. We also provide sound Career advice and assistance to all our Candidates, and we are available seven days per week both during office hours and at all other reasonable times by phone.
