Justice Health
Justice Health cares for over 28,500 inmates and detainees annually, in both Adult
and Juvenile centres. We work in over 80 locations in metropolitan and regional NSW.
Nursing staff, general practitioners, psychiatrists, dentists, medical specialists, allied
health professionals and administrative staff all work together to deliver a broad
range of health services.
We have recently opened two new hospitals in Malabar. The Long Bay Hospital provides
services for adult male and female patients requiring surgical, medical or mental
health treatment. The Forensic Hospital has 135 beds and will focus on mentally ill
forensic patients within the criminal justice system.
Justice Health is very different to any other health service in NSW and our staff come
from a wide variety of backgrounds; what they have in common is a passion to make
a difference in the lives of some of society's most vulnerable people.
Safety
Your health and safety is our primary concern; our training and our safety systems

ever have before!
