Aaron Jones, our founder, has been a Chartered Accountant for 18 years and has many years experience working in large and medium sized firms in Australia and the UK. He established Jones Talent ID after spending almost 14 years with a major recruitment company in a variety of senior roles, including Managing Director of a niche recruitment division.

Using his Chartered Accounting experience as a foundation, Aaron has become one of Australia's leading experts in the identification and selection of audit, tax, accounting and advisory people, including transaction services, M&A, risk, restructuring and insolvency. He has successfully placed professionals at all levels, with his candidates going on to make an impact at Partner and CEO level in Chartered Accounting and Advisory firms and at CEO and Finance Director level in commerce.
