Why does the job exist?
Reporting to the Project Manager the Mobile Maintenance Superintendent will demonstrate a personal commitment to continuous improvement and be actively involved in the development and management of maintenance planning systems. You will supervise a team of workshop personnel and planning professionals to ensure budgeted plant availability and the optimal utilisation of plant, equipment and personnel on site.

What skills and experience do you need?
With a mechanical trade background, you will demonstrate management experience of both equipment and personnel gained in a similar role, coupled with extensive experience in the maintenance of heavy earth moving mining equipment. As an adaptable and experienced professional, you will be committed to safety and safe working practices.
