annecto David House has been established to increase opportunities and choices for people with a disability, supporting them to remain connected within their communities and networks. As Support Coordinator, you will draw on your profession experience in planning and coordination to develop a Person Centred Plan for individuals supported by annecto that will assist in them achieving their goals and aspirations. Your interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport will allow you to work closely with individuals supporting them to stay connected within the community.
