Building a better team
The Cook is responsible for preparing ????? ????? snacks which are appetising and meet the Department of Community Services licensing standard and Area Health guidelines for nutritional content. Menu planning and selection is done in conjunction with the Centre Director to ensure variety and co-ordination with the overall Centre activities. Menu planning should be reflective of the culturally diverse community.
