Building a better team
The position assists in the management of Council's Section 94 and Section 94A Contribution Plans, contributions under the Water Management Act and Planning agreements under Section 93 of the EPA Act. The incumbent is responsible for developing and maintaining policies and training for Council’s staff in Section 94 issues. Also required is the and monitoring ????? ????? to ensure acceptable outcomes for development-related facilities and works in terms of standard and appropriateness of facilities, timing of provision, impact on economic staging of development and minimising impact on the existing rate base.
