Building a better team

This position is required to control and regulate land use in accordance with the objectives of Council and relevant planning legislation to ensure the orderly development of the Shire whilst protecting and enhancing the natural and built environment. Also, co-ordinate development with particular reference to larger development applications, land use planning, public information and complaints handling while maintaining a high standard of customer service and quality control.

The incumbent undertakes allocated development functions to ensure compliance with the intent of applicable statutes and Council policies on a daily basis.
