We require Trade Assistants for work at Garden Island Woolloomooloo. The work is project based and it is anticipated duration will be for about 1 month.

You will be required to work on a large vessel (externally), stripping back to bare metal, removing rust and generally preparing for restoration which will also include painting with brushes and rollers.

To be considered for the positions you would need to have demonstrated use of basic electric hand tools including grinders and linishers, manual handling ability and available to work overtime including weekends.

You will also be required to have overalls or equivalent cotton drill workwear, steel cap safety boots and genuine committment to safety in the workplace.

These positions are for an immediate start.
