Road Designer - MX, 12D
Knowledge of RTA codes desired
Solid background with MX Road &/or 12D
6 months - Wollongong NSW
This government department maintains and manages the road systems and transport infrastructure projects throughout NSW.
The organisation require a Senior Road Designer for the office in Wollongong. This regional office is very busy with major highway and regional road upgrade projects.
The role will be to assess client briefs and create strategic, concept and detail designs in accordance with policies and guidelines. You will also undertake reviews and safety audits of internal and external designs.
Your background:
- Over 8 years practical expertise with MX Road and /or 12D
- Proficient with NSW (RTA) design codes
- High level analysis and reporting on data
This is an immediate contract role where your rate will be governed by your skills and experience. Initially for 6 months, although an extension may be considered closer to time.
