A Sales Manager is responsible for leading a team of Customer Sales Agents in meeting client and centre sales and performance requirements.
We require a Sales Manager with demonstrated experience in:
- Implementing individual and team based sales initiatives
- Meeting sales and service requirements
- Coaching and managing performance to meet sales and operational performance requirements
- Conflict resolution skills
- Communication & problem solving skills
Stellar offers a salary of $51,412.00 pa + 9% superannuation + loadings applicable in our collective workplace agreement + attractive monthly financial incentives and a fun and rewarding working environment.
