CONTRACT ADMINISTRATOR

 

  • Wollongong Location

  • Immediate start

  • 6 month Contract to perm opportunity
  • Our client is a leading and well established Wollongong based Construction Company. Due to current projects, they now need the services of a suitably experienced Contract Administrator to join their friendly award winning team.

    Projects include Schools, Aged care facilities, Hotels/Clubs and other commercial premises.
     
    You will be responsible for:
    • Assisting the Project Manager in running of Projects
    • Preparation of trade packages
    • Assist in calling for tenders
    • Evaluation and letting of contracts
    • Sub-contract payments and progress claims
    • Preparation of  documentation and reports
    • Attending Site meetings and monitoring ????? ?????
     
    Ideally you will have:
    • A minimum of 2 to 5 years experience in a similar role
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
    • Knowledge of Cheops Program would be advantageous
    • Ideally Diploma, Trade or equivalent qualifications
     
    Benefits:
    • Initial 6 month contract can be extended and/or a permanent role will be offered to the right candidate.
