Our Site Managers are responsible for the complete operation of the store including the management of staff, stock merchandising, health and safety, store presentation and overall financial performance. 

 

We are looking for people with a can do attitude, a passion for customer service and leading teams who thrives on being responsible for the performance of their business and are always looking for ways to improve. 

 

To be considered for this opportunity you must have:

·         At least 2 years retail experience including merchandising/shop presentation and stock management and control

·         Been responsible for store cash management

·         Experience with supervising and training staff

·         An understanding of the key drivers of a retail store’s financial performance

·         Demonstrated leadership and commitment to workplace safety and security

·         Confidence using POS systems and Microsoft Word, Excel & Outlook

·         Availability to work core hours of Monday to Friday
