Training Officer

 

 If you are self-motivated and passionate about Training we encourage you to apply for this exciting role. You will be responsible for the provision of automotive tyre fitter training within the Tyre Marketing & Operations Division South Australian and Northern Territory operations.

 

 Reporting to the Training Coordinator, you will be responsible for the coordination and delivery of the region’s training calendar.

 As Bridgestone Australia Ltd. is an RTO you must have experience in and an understanding of:

 

· AQTF compliance requirements

· Delivering ????? ????? assessment programs

 

With strong communication skills, an ability to travel and work autonomously, you will be flexible in your approach to meeting the training needs of employees. The ability to liaise with all levels of personnel and positively contribute to the performance of the broader training team is vital.

Certificate IV in Training and Assessment is essential and automotive technical experience will be highly regarded.
