We’re currently looking for a mature, full-time manager to oversee & maintain our happy residential community.
Your responsibilities will include:
· ensuring ????? ?????-to-day operation of the village is smooth, effective and enjoyable for the residents.
· maintaining the village including playing a hands on role with repairs and maintenance.
· resolving issues with residents that may arise.
We’re looking for someone who:
- is over 50 years old
- has a qualified trade behind them. Electrical, plumbing, carpentry etc…
- has great people skills
- is open and approachable
- is trustworthy
- preferably has previous business experience
