An opportunity currently exists for a highly energetic Project Manager in the painting business unit of our Property Services division in Western Victoria.

With overall objectives of client satisfaction and profitable project delivery, the role’s primary responsibility is to schedule labour, materials and equipment to ensure projects are completed on time and to budget.
Candidates should have previous experience managing and directing site based trade teams along with excellent communication, interpersonal, organisation and negotiation skills. The ability to handle multiple concurrent projects, a down to earth personality and sense of humour are essential!
Applicants with previous experience in a similar role and a sales background would be highly regarded.
