Stadium Cafe, Bar & Lounge are now seeking professionals to join their kitchen team!
Opportunities include a Sous Chef role, Chef de Partie and Kitchen Attendant roles. Stadium is located at the historic old AFL ground at Waverley Park (Mulgrave) where the Hawthorn Football Clubs facilities are. We are an upmarket, fast paced cafe/restaurant with plenty of room for you to grow and ensure your quality skills are both enhanced and put to good use, in our very well drilled kitchen.
Your responsibilities will include but not be limited to;

- Presentation
- Quality Control
- Kitchen Cleanliness
- Food Hygiene
- New chef recruitment
- Rostering
- Wage Costs
- Menu engineering
- Performance Management
- Stock Control
- Menu Pricing
- Staff Training
- Supplier Dealings
These roles are suited to candidates who are experienced working in a kitchen team, are hard working, self motivated and have a positive attitude to ensure the smooth running of their section at all times.
