The greatest café, bar & restaurant in the south eastern suburbs is seeking an exceptional leader to manage the day to day running of the venue and the restaurant trade.

A successful candidate will need to possess the following skills:
-Experience in managing a restaurant or high turnover café
-Rostering staff on a fortnightly basis
-Weekly stock takes
-Ordering of stock
-Staff training in the areas of bar, coffee and customer service
-Experience in cocktails, coffee making (high volume) and hosting is a must
-Sound knowledge of food and wine
-Great sense of humor
-Excellence in leading a friendly, hard working team
-Administration and PA assistance to the General Manager & Owner
-Experience in following running sheets and supervising functions
-Flexibility in working days
-Available to work between 40-60 hours per week
-Full drivers licence
