Sales Manager - Sydney

Our client, a long standing leader in the field of trades related

services, is seeking a Sales Manger to head up their Sydney (West) Sales Operations. With a footprint across Australia and overseas, this organisation has over 80 years experience in their profession and is seeking a skilled Salesperson to promote their further growth and profitability by interacting with home owners as well as commercial and industrial premises.

Working closely with the Operations Manager, your primary focus will be leading the sales team to achieve team and individual targets as set by you in conjunction with the Regional Manager. Your responsibilities will include:

• Develop strategies that promote business development, fresh market opportunities and organisational growth;

• High level communication with, and direction of, the established sales team while providing feedback through to the Regional Manager;

• Coordination of existing portfolio’s and areas to existing sales members as well as direct sales yourself; and

• Monitoring performance and developing incentive schemes to attract and retain high performers.

To be successful in this role, you will have a demonstrated background in a Sales Management position. Ideally, you will have experience with leadership, with a focus on business growth and development. Attractive remuneration, with incentives and bonuses will apply.
