An excellent opportunity has become available for an R&D Project Manager to develop product concepts to market within a fast growing division of a major global technology and manufacturing ????? ?????.
The Company
Employing several hundred thousand people globally, my client is a leading engineering ????? ????? interests in a broad range of technology areas.
Due to continued growth and ongoing improvements in their operating processes, they are currently seeking a Project Manager within their R&D division to take control of developing products from ‘concept to market’.
The Role
Answering ????? ????? R&D Director, the R&D Project Manager will be responsible for taking a range of concepts from within the R&D department, and carrying them through the commercialization process to a market ready product.
This is a broad and intensely interesting role that will see you coordinating resources across all areas of the business from R&D, manufacturing, product management , marketing, and sales. Your remit will include project management of testing, manufacturing ????? ????? costings, quality and related documentation, through to product launch, and you will have approximately seven reports.
You will also design, formalise and implement the commercialization process that can be applied across future projects.
Some local, interstate, and overseas travel will be required.

The Person
We are seeking a Project Manager who has strong R&D experience as well as demonstrated experience developing a product or products from concept through to market in a technology field.
You must be able to demonstrate experience managing and coordinating cross-functional teams, and have the technical ability to understand complex product details.
You will hold a relevant tertiary qualification in a science or engineering, with post graduate studies (preferably PhD) being highly regarded. Proven experience is essential.
