Technical Account Manager

  • This is an excellent opportunity to make your mark on this boutique electronics manufacturer which is the leader in its market. This role has a strong Customer Service focus as the customer base is small, and is responsible for ensuring ????? ????? customer needs are fulfilled through liaising with them at all stages from quotation through to delivery, and ensuring ????? ????? are reviewed and interpreted correctly. 

    The role also includes:
    • Preparation of costings, selling prices and lead times for quotations and orders
    • Processing all sales inquiries and orders in conjunction with the Factory Manager
    • Providing sales information for budget purposes and providing the General Manager with monthly Sales Reports
    • In consultation with the General Manager and Quality Manager review any special customer inspection requirements
    • Contract review
    • Assisting the Factory Manager in developing the production schedule
    • Representing the company interstate when required
