You will have previous retail management experience within a bookstore, with the ability to work within a busy and fast paced retail outlet in Western Sydney.

This role is highly challenging and autonomous and includes everything from sales and service to ordering ????? ?????.

Experience as a manager of a busy book retail store or other relevant experience within the book industry is essential.

Whilst the position will accept responsibility for the day to day operation of one or more Campus Retail Outlets there is a requirement for the role to provide specialist advice and leadership to all retail staff in respect of book retailing.

Areas of responsibility will include, but not limited to, overseeing cash handling, customer service, staff supervision and training, inventory management, store(s) presentation, sales analysis and where necessary interfacing with Academic Staff and students in respect of textbook, reader and course specific requirements.  

Able to demonstrate experience at the resolution of customer complaints
