Fantastic opportunity now exists for an Experienced Production Manager. Working within a Leading National Manufacturer specialising in Timber production located within Western Sydney!
This role will see you responsible for overall management of production schedules, whilst ensuring ????? ????? expectations, targets & KPI’s are being met. You will lead your team & coordinate daily workflow, minimising waste whilst ensuring ????? ????? HS&E focus. Your hands on approach & ability to achieve results will see you succeed in this role.
You will ensure operations are conducted within guidelines established by Good Manufacturing ????? ?????, producing products which meet or exceed customer and company quality expectations in a safe environment and that costs, efficiencies and volume targets are maintained at or better than budgeted or standards levels.
THE PERSON
• Previous Management/ Team Leader/ Supervisor experience working in a dynamic production environment
• You will be a passionate, forward thinking, high performing manager focusing on quality whilst achieving production targets
• Understanding of CNC/ Lathe/ Belt Sanders/ Beam Saws/ Spindle Moulding Machinery
• Excellent time management & organisational skills
• Excellent communication skills both written & verbal
• Experience within cabinet making, detailed joinery, shop-fitting or manufacturing ????? ?????/ wardrobes/ furniture is highly regarded however not essential
• Good understanding of Lean Principals/ Six Sigma
• Strong focus of HS&E
• Strong computer skills across Microsoft Systems
