These newly created roles represent the next phase in this highly acclaimed international corporation’s competitive manufacturing ????? ?????.
Reporting to the Shift Manager and with the brief to provide a strong leadership focus, these positions will require a “hands on”, team oriented approach to achieving targets. Expect to be involved in implementing superior quality and OH&S initiatives, managing waste minimisation and multi-skilling programmes and building strong operator relationships.
Your work style will be best described as a natural leader with the confidence to set parameters and motivate the team to embrace continuous improvement philosophies; you have a passion for creating team synergy and the resilience to achieve your agreed goals. These roles have a broad commercial impact so you can expect to be involved in managing costs, work planning and scheduling methodologies, KPI measures, mentoring ????? ????? reports and team coaching and development.
Tertiary qualified in an appropriate discipline, you will have previous experience in managing a team through change processes. Experience in the implementation of 5S and Lean Manufacturing ????? ????? definitely be required. Career prospects for well organised, disciplined high achievers will be excellent.
