Our client based in the Sydney Markets is currently looking for two team leaders to become part of their busy warehouse team supplying a number of large retailers with their fresh produce requirements.

Supervisors would be required to work either the day shift or the afternoon shift, both of which are 10 hours in duration, and there is also an expectation to work every second weekend (penalty rates and overtime do apply). Depending on the shift you will have up to 6 direct reports with your responsibilities being to coordinate the work of store persons and picking sales orders (duties are not limited to this).

To be successful in this role you must be able to demonstrate an ability to be a good people manager and have an understanding of the issues associated with produce.

Experience of working with fresh produce or similar products would be advantageous to your application however it is not an essential requirement. If your background is from any fast moving consumer good our client would be interested in meeting with you for an interview.
