This company is manufacturer & wholesaler of fast moving consumables for business and home use throughout Australasia and boasts many of the leading brands in this market segment.
Reporting to the Managing Director, we require a Warehouse & Distribution Manager to manage the Warehouse and lead a team of 35, across two shifts. The Production team, through the Production Coordinator also reports to this position.

The role is responsible for the day to day management of the warehouse and transport functions and encompasses:
- Management of full resource and labour budget
- OH& Safety Issues
- Continuous Process improvement
- Ensuring ????? ????? levels and other KPI’s are achieved
- Achieving optimal inventory control levels
- Management of third party transport providers
Applications are invited from candidates with the following skills & experience:
- Minimum 7years’ hands on experience in Warehousing & Distribution management in a manufacturing ????? ?????.
- Knowledge of warehousing & distribution best practice.
- High Volume environment
- Experience in managing teams to more productive performance
- “Syspro” or similar fully integrated computer software experience
- An aptitude for working with figures
This is a hands on role suited to someone with high level of personal drive and energy and a can-do attitude. The role is based at Western Sydney and a package of over $100k is envisaged.
