This firm is a leading regional practice in Western Sydney with a strong plaintiff personal injury business led by very experienced Accredited Specialists. It now offers an outstanding career opportunity to an energetic Solicitor who has 18 months to 2 years’ post admission experience which has been focused on personal injury and associated civil litigation. Able to draw on the vast knowledge within the firm as you need it, you will have carriage of your own quality matters, with an emphasis on common law motor vehicle accident, Workcover and general personal injury claims.
The position also requires opportunities for advocacy in the Local Court. The successful applicant will be required to attend various local courts in Western Sydney to prosecute on behalf of a major government instrumentality.
Medium sized, highly reputable and with a proven record of developing and rewarding strong contributors to its business performance, the firm seeks a confident Solicitor with a practical approach, advanced research, communication and advocacy skills and the personal drive to maximise the potential available in this role.
