Our client is about to experience a period of growth, and they are on the lookout for an experienced Human Resources Manager to join their Operations Team. The working environment is very supportive and there is a proven record of low staff turnover. This is a newly created role and is a great opportunity to make your mark within a growth sector.
To be successful in securing ????? ????? opportunity you will need to have at least a 3 year working history in Human Resources, and ideally have experience in the Community and Welfare OR Not for Profit Sector.
Essential Requirements:
- Minimum 2-3 Years in a Human Resources Role with a knowledge of OH&S function
- Ideally experience in the Community and Welfare or Not for Profit Sector
- An outoging and positive personality with a solutions focussed approach towards talent management
