Working for a renowned financial institution with a large Lending Operation based at Concord West, you will be an experienced Team Manager looking for an exciting new role within Lending Operations.
 
As a Team Manager, you will be responsible for a team accountable for end to end customer services across sales, credit submission, deal build, documentation, settlement and upload of Equipment Finance transactions. Managing workflows, coaching team members and basically making sure the team is focused on delivery of quality service within agreed timeframes
 
As the point of escalation for queries, issues and complaints, you will use your sound judgement to resolve customer concerns on the spot. You will also be forging strong relationships with various areas of the business that your team cover. Additionally, you will be required to investigate areas for process improvement within Equipment Finance Originations.
 
To be considered for this role you will be required to have the following:
 
·         Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate a team to exceed goals
·         Experience with workflow planning
·         Refined communication skills (interpersonal, verbal and written)
·         Understanding of Business Credit Lending and end to end originations processes
·         Knowledge of products, and completion of standard security documentation, stamp duty and settlement requirements for all lending products and securities
