Are you an accomplished finance leader with a track record of strategic and operational excellence?

As a private equity backed vehicle, this manufacturing concern is at a critical stage in its evolution. In line with the strategic plan for the group, they are seeking to appoint a Chief Financial Officer whose mandate it will be to drive process improvement, realise efficiencies and facilitate further growth.

Partnering with the CEO the role will have ultimate responsibility for stewardship of the company's finance function but will also have key operational and commercial focus. As such it will suit somebody that can use their initiative, operational and commercial experience to influence the business and people to achieve results. The successful candidate will be hands-on with the ability to understand the business and improve the efficiency of the finance function.

You will also need to be CPA/CA qualified and a strong background in the manufacturing sector is essential. It would be beneficial if you have prior experience working within a private equity backed or ASX listed entity. Success in this role will be well rewarded.
