Embedded Applications Engineer

We require an engineer with a minimum one year experience in real time systems and electronic design. Great working environment coupled with extra benefits such as overseas travel. You will be on the forefront of embedded development technology and dealing with customers who are leaders in their field. The successful applicant will be required to sell software and hardware development systems, perform product demonstrations and provide pre and post sales support. Some interstate and international travel will be involved. The applicant must be confident in his/her ability to liaise with customers on a daily basis and handle customer issues in a professional manner.


Required skills for position: 

- Electrical, Electronic or Computer engineering degree or similar tertiary qualifications 
- Good verbal and oral skills 
- Previous sales experience 
- C/C++ programming

Experience in the following areas is considered an advantage: 

- Agile Methodology 
- Linux Operating system 
- Familiarity with a microprocessor architecture 
- PCB Design 
- Software Test Concepts
