A large Government department requires a pool of staff to assist with the safe loading and unloading of passengers at the Sydney 500 V8 Supercar event held at Homebush. This role will play an integral part in ensuring bus operations run as smoothly and efficiently as possible.

Main duties include:

• Safe loading and unloading of passengers
• Answering customer queries
• Accurate collecting of related data

To be successful in your application for this role you must have the following:

• Prior customer service experience
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to stand for long periods of time
• Handle high volume of public interaction
• Comfortable in crowds
• Available for evening and/or weekend work
• Professional, sensible, reliable and trustworthy
