Contact Centre Operator

  • Monday to Friday 8.30am - 4.30pm

  • 3 month contract
  • This well established Government Contact Centre centrally based in Parramatta is seeking an operator to join the busy team for a 3 month contract. Don’t miss this opportunity to develop your excellent customer service skills in a small friendly team, where full training will be provided.
     
    In this role you will be responsible for taking 80-100 calls per day dealing with general enquiries and problem solving. This role has a strong focus on providing excellent customer service so you must be passionate in this field.
