- $19.95 per hour
Our client is one of Australia’s largest banking and finance institutions and they are currently offering several temporary positions within a great team environment, good management and experienced team leaders.
Your previous experience in collections or high volume call centre, excellent communication, negotiation skills and the ability to work in a team environment will help you secure an interview for this role.
Your duties will include but not limited to the following:
- Making outbound calls
- Taking inbound calls regarding outstanding Credit Card debt
- Delivery high quality of customer service
- Negotiating a promise of payment
- Problem solving
- Data entry
- And general administration skills.
Collections experience along with customer service / call centre experience is a must for this role.
