The company has been trading for over 30 years concentrating on projects in the commercial sector $1M to $10M and occasionally larger. They are a quiet achiever of the construction industry would rather let their actions speak for the quality of their work. They put a heavy focus on client care and go out of their way to make every project a pleasurable experience for all stakeholders. Management are open and accessible at all times and encourage their Project Managers to not only accept the companies systems but look to improve on them and find ways to streamline the construction process. The value your input. You will be given full autonomy to run the projects and strong foremen to help the job flow. The diverse nature of the projects will give you great experience in all types of construction that will be of great benefit to your career.

The successful person will come from either trade or tertiary background and will have extensive experience in the commercial sector. You will have excellent administration skills and be either running projects in a Project Manager role or at a Senior Contracts Administrator level ready to step up. You will be the type that loves to get out of the office and take ownership of the projects meeting all deadlines and delivering ????? ????? required. You will be able to build strong relationships through your integrity and work ethic.
