  • Our client is a leading provider of Community based services in Sydney's Western Suburbs. As a result of growth a new role has been created that will be pivotal within the structure and organisational development.

    As a result we would like to hear from experienced Team Leaders from the Community and Welfare Sector preferrably with experience in Frail and Aged Care and/or Complex Case Management.

    This role is very 'hands on' as you will work very collaboratively with your team of 11-12 staff members. You will be the main point of contact for any issues, as such you will need to be extremely supportive and consultative in your management style.

    This role has a strong operational and management focus. To be successful in securing ????? ????? opportunity you will need to possess the following: 

    • Tertiary Qualifications in Human Services
    • Strong Coordination and Staff Management experience in a Community and Welfare based setting
    • Experience with Complex Case Management
