A global manufacturer of customised building materials is currently recruiting for a Customer Service Officer. Due to their innovative designs and unparallel marketing strategies this organisation is at the forefront of their industry.

Reporting into the Customer Service Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining client relationships by providing a complete service from order taking through to the final product delivery and payment.
 
This organisation is looking for a highly motivated candidate who can use their own initiative and possesses the ability to liaise and manage stakeholder expectations. You will have intermediate IT skills and previous experience using SAP is a must. In return this role offers autonomy and the opportunity to take ownership for your own role.
