My client is one of Australia's largest and most experienced third-party certification bodies, having certified over four thousand individual sites since 1991. They have a reputation for providing friendly, customer-focussed service using qualified, experienced staff and specialists.
 
The company is currently looking to employ a reliable administrator to work in the Rhodes Office and manage the day to day email traffic between their clients, auditors and the company.
 
Main duties of the role will include:
 
  • Manage the day to day inbox of the company
  • Ensure all requests are uploaded and completed on time and in full
  • Taking general enquiries from various sources, ensuring enquiries are dealt with swiftly and maintaining the highest standards of customer service at all time
  • Support the administration team

 
Candidate requirements will include:
 
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Excellent communication skills both spoken and written
  • Above average computer skills
  • Ability to meet tight deadlines
  • Ability to work as part of a team
