My client is one of Australia's largest and most experienced third-party certification bodies, having certified over four thousand individual sites since 1991. They have a reputation for providing friendly, customer-focussed service using qualified, experienced staff and specialists.
 
The company is currently looking to employ an experienced scheduler to work in the Rhodes Office and manage the day to day scheduling of audits and provide relevant notification to third parties.
 
Main duties of the role will include:
 
  • Manage day to day scheduling of audits
  • Prepare and maintain annual audit schedule
  • Reviewing resource capability against audit demand
  • Ensure audits are booked and confirmed
  • Daily reporting of status
  • Maintain product knowledge and familiarity with administrative systems and processes so that you are capable providing support when required
  • Handle client enquiries and escalate and or follow though as required
  • Reception coverage according to published time table

 
Candidate requirements will include:
 
  • Ability to work autonomously

  • Excellent Microsoft Office skills
  • Strong communication skills
  • Excellent organisational skills
  • Ability to establish and maintain relationships with staff and external clients
