  • A national building services company require a dedicated administration assistant for their office near Parramatta.

    I am currently recruiting for them an energetic and focused candidate who has experience within the building services or facility management sectors. In addition to offering ????? ????? opportunities across a range of divisions, this company has the scope for you to progress your career internally across a number of locations.

    In order to be successful in this position, you will need to be able to positively answer the following questions with proven experience on your resume:

    • Have you worked in the building services or facility management sector?
    • Do you have 2+ years administration experience?
    • Have you an outgoing and enthusiastic nature?
    Do you possess intermediate to advanced knowledge of Pronto software?
    • Do you have excellent MS Office skills?
    • Are you ready for your next career move?

    My client is looking to take someone on straight away - ideally interviewing this week and starting work on Monday! Depending on the candidate, this could be a temporary or permanent role - with an annual salary of $40K + super.

    A candidate that has used the timesheeting and service invoicing elements of Pronto would be highly desired but it is a requirement of this position that you have used Pronto in the past, if you have not, please do not apply!
