Project Customer Services Coordinator

  • An opportunity has arisen for an experienced Project Coordinator with a focus in building and maintaining client relationships. Our Client, a US multinational is a market leader in the design, manufacture and distribution of diagnostic and medical products.
     
    This role requires successful candidate to manage the end to end process of purchasing products. You will liaise with multiple contacts within the organisation and act as a main point of contact regarding enquiries for your clients.
     
    Duties will include:
    ·         Create and process new and repeat orders
    ·         Create quotes for new and existing clients
    ·         Process warranty claims
    ·         Complete invoices approvals for both suppliers and clients
    ·         Update and maintain price listings
    ·         Update and maintain product database
    ·         Track product shipping and inventory management
     
    The successful candidate will be available to start immediately and will ideally experience working in project, manufacturing ????? ????? environment. The ability to priorities and multi-task is also a must for this position.
