Tender Administrator

  • A leading construction firm, approach its 20th year of trading seeks assistance within their tender administration team. Working closely with the Estimating team, this role will see you tackling a number of tasks on a daily basis.
     
    In person, you will be tenacious, motivated and possess excellent communication skills both face-to-face and over the telephone. This role is varied, suiting a candidate who is capable of multi-tasking but also able to perform more mundane activities without becoming disengaged.
     
    In exchange for your hard work and dedication, this role offers you longevity within the construction industry and a chance to improve your skills.
     
    Duties include: 
    • Typing;
    • Liaising with sub-contractors;
    • Assisting the Estimating Manager;
    • Collating large documents and
    • General administration on an ad hoc basis.

    A candidate who has previous experience a tender administration role or whom has worked within the construction industry would be most suitable.
