Broad role in Financial and Management Accounting

Circa $85,000 + Super + Bonus

Since its inception this Australian property based business had built a quality portfolio of Australian and Offshore assets and they are continuing to rapidly expand.

Recent market opportunities and decentralisation of the finance function means that the business is now looking to recruit an experienced Accountant/Finance Manager who can manage the finance and administration functions whilst implementing and developing best practice procedures for its operations.  This pivotal role will be responsible for managing the full accounting operations and for a number of property assets within the NSW division. Specifically this includes supporting operational managers in all commercial and financial matters for each asset, including rental income, operating and capital expenditure forecasts. Other responsibilities will include preparing ????? ????? as well as detailed commentary on variances from budget. Further key requirements of the role will include assisting on a broad range of ad hoc projects including valuation information, analysis of tenant rent deals and systems implementation. 
 
A solid understanding of budgeting and forecasting concepts, strong communication skills and an interest in hospitality and/or property, along with relevant professional accounting qualifications are necessary requirements for this position. Experience with site management of a debt facility agreement and/or experience working with a base case financial model is highly regarded.
