Continuing to grow and maintain a strong presence within its sector the Australian subsidiary turns over in excess of $100 Million. This is a highly visible and broad role where you will empowered to effect change.

Reporting to the Divisional Financial Controller and working across the business you will be responsible for overseeing the day to day management of the finance operations function for a $100 Million turnover Business Unit. Working with senior management, sales, production and shared services you will  ensure all reporting, analysis and compliance matters are adhered to. A primary focus of the role will be to continually focus on developing the quality of reporting and information from SAP, in addition to business process reengineering and the development of your team. Specifically you will be responsible for establishing and implementing key performance metrics across the function to ensure the highest levels of performance and guidance to the management team to enable quality business decisions and best use of resources to maximise growth and value of the business.
 
The successful candidate will ideally be degree and CA/CPA qualified with at least five years experience in a financial and commercial position preferably within a large multinational manufacturing/distribution business. You will have technical accounting skills combined with high level communication and influencing skills that will be required to succeed in this challenging role. Strong IT skills are also required and exposure to SAP and/or a recent SAP implementation will be highly regarded.
