Customer Service Officer

 

  • Rotating Roster (2 Days/2 Nights-4 Days Off)

  • West Ryde Location

  • Salary $40K + super (Neg)

    Reporting directly to the Shift Manager, this is a challenging role where you will be dealing with extreme and dramatic situations from time to time and will be responsible for the following:
    • Responding to commercial and domestic calls
    • Allocating resources in response to call ????? ?????
    • Assist with technical support and general enquiries
    • Updating the database
    • Collate data and produce daily, weekly, monthly reports
    • Attend and participate in team meetings
    • Assisting customers with renewing or extending their contracts and/or warranties
    • Perform tests to ensure system is reporting back to base
    • Booking appointments for system upgrades
    • Performing data entry, filing and general administration

    Essentially, initial training will be provided to acquire security license & first aid certificates.
