An opportunity now exists for a hands on, energetic and engaging Warehouse Manager to join the Melbourne team located in the Western Suburbs.
Reporting to the National Operations Manager you will have day to operational responsibility for the Melbourne Warehouse, including responsibility for warehouse performance and warehouse staff. You will act as a senior advocate within the business and you will be charged with driving the site towards best practice. With a focus on efficiency, you will lead up to 25 individuals and you will work towards continued development of a positive working culture.
With relevant qualifications in transport, logistics or business your previous management experience may be in a high volume retail, apparel, FMCG or food environment. You will possess a strong track record in leading a team towards best practice, whilst effectively ensuring ????? ????? KPI’s are meet. Your communication skills will also be of the highest calibre, allowing you to effectively coach and lead individuals and effectively engage at all levels of the business.
