Centre Manager - West Gosford

The key responsibilities will include:

• Business planning
• Setting of budgets, including monthly reporting
• Tenant liaising
• Lease renewals
• Financial reporting
• Managing operations
• Rental arrears and income monitoring
• Managing employees, including the Operations
• Manager and Support Staff
  
  To be successful in this role you will have:
   
• Minimum 3-4 years retail experience
• Budget and business plan development experience
• Financial management skills
• Strong retailer focus
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Computer proficiency
